Iris Blackburn
Undergraduate research assistant
My name is Iris Blackburn and I am a first year majoring in Linguistics at The Ohio State
University. I joined Professor Coronel’s Lab during my senior year of high school and have been
co-authoring an op-ed focusing on informing the general audience of how eye-tracking’s benefits
will become prevalent in the future and how we should keep the risks to a minimum and benefits
to a maximum. I have compiled and read news and scientific articles related to eye-tracking
technology and proposed legislation governing user agreements related to digital trace data or
bio-sensor data.
